CANopen thermcouple data acquisition

CAN-2018C is a current, voltage and thermocouple input type data acquisition module with 8 differential configurable input channels. It supports CANopen communication that follows the DS-301 version 4.02 communication profile and DSP-401 version 2.1 framework. You can access the thermocouple or analog input measurements and set the configuration with standard CANopen protocol. CAN-2018C has passed the CiA CANopen Conformance Test tool validation. You can use CAN-2018C with standard CANopen master devices by applying the EDS file. CAN-2018C is used in many types of applications including CANopen based data acquisition, control and monitoring.

The CAN-2018C/S has 16-bit resolution, a sampling rate of 10 Samples/sec (Total) and has 4 kV ESD protection. Rotary switches are used to configure node ID and baud rate for fast and easy configuration and set up. The power LED indicator shows the CANopen operation status including: operational, pre-operational, stopped and not ready states.
