ET-2251-32
The Web Server for Configuration offers extensive versatility, supporting a range of protocols including Modbus TCP/UDP, MQTT, and SNMP V2c. Its functionality is enhanced by a 2-port Ethernet Switch with LAN bypass, facilitating daisy-chain wiring for efficient connectivity. Dual-watchdog support ensures system reliability by monitoring critical operations. With I/O pair connection capabilities enabling both push and pull configurations, seamless integration with various systems is achievable. The device boasts built-in I/O functionality, with the (P)ET-2251 model featuring 16-ch DI (Wet/Dry) and the (P)ET-2251-32 offering 32-ch DI (Wet/Dry), catering to diverse application requirements. Additionally, an LED display is incorporated to provide clear indications of the I/O status, ensuring easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
Features
The ET-2251-32 module is equipped with 32-channel digital input functionality, supporting Wet/Dry Contact, with each channel capable of acting as a 32-bit counter. Featuring a built-in 2-port Ethernet switch, it facilitates a daisy-chain setup, offering flexibility in device configuration, simplifying installation, and reducing infrastructure expenses. Furthermore, the module incorporates EMS (FET/ESD/Surge) protection and 3000 VDC I/O isolation, enhancing noise protection in industrial environments.
Additionally, the module supports I/O Pair-Connection functionality, enabling DI-to-DO pairing connections with remote modules via Ethernet. Configured for Push mode via Modbus TCP, local DI data can be written to remote DO channels.
With MQTT protocol support, the ET-2251-32 serves as both a publisher and subscriber of messages. Connected to an MQTT Broker Server, it publishes real-time I/O statuses as topics and receives messages from subscribed topics. Automatic reconnection mechanisms ensure uninterrupted communication, while Keep-Alive Interval mechanisms maintain a continuous link with the broker.
Supporting SNMP V2c specification, the module transmits module and I/O information to SNMP network management devices or software. This enables real-time monitoring of module status. With Trap function activation, the module proactively sends messages to administrators upon I/O status changes or restarts, ensuring continuous awareness of channel statuses.
