M-7088-G/S has 8 PWM output channels and 8 counter inputs. It can be used to develop powerful and cost effective analog control system. PWM (Pulse width modulation) is a powerful technique for controlling analog circuits. It uses digital outputs to generate a waveform with variant duty cycle and frequency to control analog circuits. It can be used to controlling the position/speed of motors, dimming the brightness of lamps, the speed of fans, and many other devices.

The M-7088-G/S supports both the Modbus RTU and the DCON protocols, which can be configured via software. The M-7088 G/S allows the load voltage to be increased from +3.5 to +50 V for the 8-channels PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) output and the 8-channels high-speed counter.
