3 C Language based Embedded Programmable Controllers
C Language programming is one of the most widely used computer programming languages. It can be used for general purpose or advanced applications. It can implement flow control, arithmetic and logic operations, functions and more. There are many kinds of controllers with different kinds of connectivity that can be programmed in C Language. Linux based controllers like LP-5131 can be programmed in C Language. MiniOS7 is a DOS-like operating system and runs in G-4500-3GWA, a wireless controller which can be programmed in C Language. uPAC-7186EX-FD-X305B is also a C Language programmable controller that has a MiniOS7 operating system. It is small and din rail mountable.
LP-5131 is a Linux based embedded controller with an 800 x 600 VGA port, a software development kit, demo programs, a microSD card for data logging and storage, audio port, USB, Ethernet, RS-232 and RS-485 ports. It is equipped with a PXA270 CPU 520 MHz processor. It runs a Linux kernel 2.6.19 operating system. It can be expanded upon through different field bus expansions that are provided. LP-5131 features a Perl and PHP interpreter built in web server and can be programmed in C Language. Linux based embedded controllers like LP-5131 can be programmed with Eclipse compiler.
G-4500-3GWA is a Tri-band 3G WCDMA M2M C Language programmable automation controller with three digital inputs, three digital outputs and eight analog inputs. It comes with a software development kit and demo programs. It also comes with M2M RTU Center which allows for easy communication to a central system over the cellular network. G-4500-3GWA can be programmed in C Language and can be set up as a wireless data logging system. It can be programmed with Borland C Compiler.
uPAC-7186EX-FD-X305B is a small din rail mountable C Language programmable controller that has a MiniOS7 operating system. It has an Ethernet port and a web server inside so you can program it to store and graph historical data that can be displayed through a web page. It has seven analog inputs, one digital output and one digital input. It can be expanded upon through the RS-485 port. It can be used for real time data monitoring.
C Language programmable controllers are easy to use and often come with software development kits which will help speed up the development process.
